Christien Tinsley is an Academy Award winning and Emmy nominated makeup artist and character designer. He received the Academy Award for Technical Achievement (2007) for “the creation of the transfer techniques for creating and applying 2D and 3D makeup”. Christien continues to own and operate Tinsley Studio as well as his retail line of temporary tattoos called Tinsley Transfers.
