Installed for its first full season at the Hollywood Bowl, Tooshlights has developed a new and improved product that was featured in Today’s Facility Manager’s New Product Flash. Client of the Los Angeles tech and apps public relations firm, Tooshlights is set to have a very bright future.
Their latest product involves a system in which once a door is locked, the locking mechanism itself signals an overhead LED light to change colors signaling the stalls unavailability. The light that is normally green to show an available regular stall or blue to show an unoccupied handicapped stall will then turn red should it be in use. Red can also signal the unavailability of a stall should it require maintenance.
These lights are soon to be customizable so that they are not only shaped to go along with the theme of the venue, but can flash the colors of the appropriate team should they score while attendees are away from the action. This system will therefore truly ensure that those visiting do not miss a moment of the action.
A mobile app is also in development by Tooshlights to incorporate into venue, arena and stadium apps that will notify patrons of the nearest and most available restroom. Once a seating section is chosen the nearby restrooms will tell how many available vs. unavailable stalls are there to time bathroom breaks just right. The app will also feed data to managers who are interested in the most used restrooms and at what times. These numbers can help them strategically place their concessions and retail stands to earn the highest profit.
Tooshlights has been shown to decrease restroom wait times by up to 50% and are perfect for any venue’s restrooms. Although only installed in the women’s restroom thus far at the Hollywood Bowl, this system also offers privacy and comfort to all those men and women using their respective stalls. Presenting an elevated consumer experience, those who install Tooshlights demonstrate a high level of customer service to their patrons.
