In a commissioned survey by Minkonet, consisting of 514 online participants, Republicans and Democrats explored the differences in how they view video games, which game characters they would want as real life sidekicks, which fictional game character would make for a great U.S. President, and which celebrity they would want to play games with.

Republicans obviously chose those with more traditional American values, including former Golden Girls star Betty White, and current U.S. President, Donald Trump. In fact there was just a 1.7 percentile difference between Donald Trump and Betty White, with Trump garnering 29.6% of the vote while Betty White edged out at 31.3%.
